My Story

Leading a school is a profound vocation, but the weight of it can be incredibly isolating. I'm Shawn Wheatley. For 23 years, I served as the Head of School at Highlands Latin School in Louisville, Kentucky. I know the late nights, the difficult conversations with faculty and parents, and the cost of leadership no one else sees. 

My mission is to help ease your burden. Whatever the challenge before you: enrollment, faculty, governance, or something harder to name, I have likely faced it before. 

I want to help you through the most trying seasons. Together we can make wise decisions and help your school become a true alma mater, a community that nourishes the people within it.
